I recently stayed at a hotel close to Haneda for an early morning flight and I was really surprised by my experience. The room was small, butvery comfy and tidy, with a western-style bed. The hotel staff were helpful and nice, and they made sure I had everything I needed. The restaurant across the street served delicious udon, and the European bakery next door had the most amazing croissants and pastries. I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel for a layover in Tokyo. I had a good stay at Apa Hotel Tsukiji-Eki Minami and would recommend it.

Great location near Tsukiji Fish Market and subway station. Convenient access to nearby amenities such as bakeries, convenience stores, and restaurants. Comfortable and plentiful breakfast buffet
Room felt a bit run down and had stains on walls and floors. Beds were too soft for personal preference.

Located in a convenient area, this hotel is perfect for those wanting to experience the lively atmosphere of the Tsukiji Tuna market and explore the nearby Fish Market. Just a short walk from the Tsukiji metro stop, guests can easily access these popular attractions. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms, although small, are clean and comfortable. With internet access and amenities like a kettle and refrigerator, guests have all they need for a pleasant stay.
The hotel's coin laundry facility can be quite busy, with long waits and a dryer that doesn't work efficiently.

Guests can also enjoy complimentary drinks at the restaurant next door, adding a nice touch to their stay. there is a convenience store located right across the street, making it convenient for any last-minute needs.
Some staff members had difficulty speaking English fluently, which might be a drawback for international travelers seeking assistance.

The location was perfect for the tuna auction and Tsukiji market. It was a short walk to the Tokyo Metro station. The sushi bars in Tsukiji market offered the best quality sushi in town. The hotel had a lower price compared to other Tokyo hotels. The room was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable.
Everything was fantastic.
